1. Refund eligibility

We offer refunds for Pro subscriptions paid through our billing system within 14 days of the first charge, provided no significant usage occurred. BYOK is free — you pay your API providers directly, so there is nothing to refund.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@exody.ai with your account email and billing date. We typically respond within 2 business days.

3. What is not refundable

• API token spend with your own providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) — we never touch that money.
• Enterprise custom agreements — governed by the signed contract.
• Renewals after the first 14 days.

4. Discretionary refunds

We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds outside the standard window based on individual circumstances, at our sole discretion.
